Nexa is a mobile Face Swap application developed and operated by Softlian (softlian.net). Nexa allows users to generate AI-edited images by processing photos and optional text prompts.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app.

Personal Data

Nexa does not require account registration and does not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers.

Automatically Collected Technical Data

• Device information (model, operating system, app version)
• Approximate location (country and language)
• IP address
• Connection type
• App usage statistics
• Crash logs and diagnostics
• In-app purchase metadata (non-payment-identifying)

Analytics

Nexa may use third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, AppMetrica, or Adjust) strictly to improve stability and performance. We do not use data for targeted advertising without user consent.

4. Photos, Face Data, and AI Processing

What Data Is Sent

When a user chooses to generate an image, Nexa transmits:

• The user-uploaded photo
• Optional text prompts
• Generation parameters and technical metadata

User Consent Before Transmission

Before any photo or prompt is transmitted to third-party AI providers, Nexa displays a clear in-app consent screen explaining what data will be sent and to which providers. Data is transmitted only after the user explicitly agrees.

Purpose of Processing

Photos and prompts are used solely to generate the requested AI-edited image. Nexa does not use photos for identity verification, profiling, advertising, tracking, or biometric identification.

No Biometric Identification

Nexa does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, facial geometry analysis, or create persistent facial templates.

Storage and Retention

Nexa does not permanently store uploaded photos. Images are processed and then deleted from our systems. Output images are stored only if the user chooses to save them.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

To provide image generation features, Nexa securely transmits data to the following AI providers:

• OpenAI (United States)
• Google Gemini (Google LLC, United States)
• Google Veo (Google LLC, United States)

These providers process data solely for generating the requested content. Nexa does not permit providers to use data for advertising, profiling, or model training on our behalf.

Providers may temporarily retain data for processing integrity and security monitoring in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing of Information

Nexa does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Limited technical data may be shared with trusted service providers for infrastructure, analytics, and diagnostics purposes.
