These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application (the “App”) provided by Softlian (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your country to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Access and Restoration

The App does not require users to create a traditional account.

• Account access and restoration are performed using Sign in with Apple.
• Apple provides us with a unique, anonymized identifier to associate your data with your device or account.
• We do not control Apple’s authentication systems and are not responsible for Apple ID availability or security.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID.

3. Permissions and User Content

3.1 Photo Access

• Photo access is requested explicitly through your device’s permission system.
• We only access photos necessary to provide the App’s functionality.
• You may revoke photo access at any time via device settings.

3.2 Responsibility for Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you provide. You confirm that you have the legal right to use and process any content you upload or select.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
• Circumvent security or access restrictions
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the App—including software, design, trademarks, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Softlian.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes only.

6. Availability and Changes

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update the App
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple services. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or outages, and their terms may apply separately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be free of errors

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softlian shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss, service interruptions, or device issues
• Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

• These Terms are violated
• Required by law
• Continued operation poses security or legal risk

Termination does not affect provisions that should reasonably survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
